November 17: W’hoop It Up Basketball! Women’s Canadian Team, hosts Mexico at the Save on Foods Memorial Centre
November 21: Gingerbread Showcase in support of Habitat for Humanity, November 21 – January 4th at the Hotel Grand Pacific
November 29: 43rd Annual Peninsula Co-op Santa Claus Parade. Join us in Bastion Square from 3-5 for Santa Photos, free hot drinks and giveaways!
December 12: Winter Wonderland free family skate at the Juan de Fuca arena, 4:30pm.
December 14: Free family skate at Cowichan Community Centre, 12:30pm-2pm, 3pm-4:30pm
December 17 & 18: Victoria Conservatory of Music production of Daniel Lapp’s Christmas Concert
January 10: Hockey Day in Victoria with the Royals, presented by Peninsula Co-op
Donations at a glance:
- Over $340,000 has been donated to our community since April
- 27% of our giving this year has gone towards healthcare
- Support of the Victoria Hospice Fashion for Compassion event raised $180,000
Home away from Home
Peninsula Co-op proudly supports the Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island and their family support programs run at Janeece Place in Victoria and Q̓ᵂalayu House in Campbell River.
