Published on: September 12, 2023It’s official! You – alongside Peninsula Co-op’s other 116,000 members – are now the proud owner of 7 Liquor Express locations. In addition to our two existing PenCo Liquor locations (Blanshard St. in Saanich and Goldstream Ave. in Langford), these new locations are conveniently located throughout our markets:
- Keating Centre, Saanichton
- Wilkinson Rd at Interurban, Saanich
- Tillicum Mall, Saanich
- Six Mile at Island Hwy, View Royal
- Yates St. at Blanshard, Downtown Victoria
- Esquimalt Plaza, Esquimalt
- Selby St., Nanaimo
This transformational acquisition not only expands our liquor footprint for your convenience but supports the strategic goal of diversification at Peninsula Co-op as well, offering opportunity for incremental growth to our business. It also provides us the privilege of expanding our team of diverse talent as we welcome the existing Liquor Express staff into our Peninsula Co-op family. As with any blended family, ensuring a smooth transition can take time and we appreciate your patience as we consolidate our programs, procedures, and our store names. Although our new Liquor Express locations are not yet able to track purchases towards your annual rebate, we are actively working on it and look forward to rolling this out to our members soon.
