Below are the forms required to request support for your event or organization, reserve a date to hold a car wash, or book one of our tents.
Requesting Support
We prefer to assist as many organizations as we can, and in addition to funds being made available we are very receptive to providing goods or gift certificates for use in a variety of ways.
All requests for support must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance. Requests for support in excess of $500 are considered by the Co-op Board, who meet on the third Monday of each month. Board requests must be received at least a month in advance.

Booking a Car Wash
Peninsula Co-op has space available for fundraising car washes at the Co-op Food Centre on Keating Cross Road and some of our gas centres. We will provide a water hook-up and space for your group. We will also display your poster and distribute your flyers the week before your event. Your group will be responsible for providing hoses, splitters, cleaning supplies, towels, promotional materials and “car washers”. These events are popular so please book in advance by printing out and sending us the Request for Car Wash form.
Booking one of the Co-op Tents
Peninsula Co-op has two tents that we will provide to community groups and not-for-profit organizations for their events. The large tent measures 20’ x 20’ with open sides. Island Displays will put the tent up and take it down. The small tent measures 10’ x 10’ and is easy to set up and take down with two people. The Co-op tents are popular, especially during the spring and summer seasons, so please book early by completing a Tent Booking Request form.
