Co-op Kids Club

Do you have children in your household aged 12 and under? Are they Co-op Kids’ Club members? If not, print and fill out the application below, then stop by your closest Co-op location to drop it off. Your child will be sent a welcome letter and membership card that they can begin to use right away.   When they visit any Peninsula Co-op Gas Centre or the Food Centre they can ask a staff member for  their FREE treat! 

Kids’ Club members also receive birthday cards and coupons, as well as special invitations for their family to attend special events.   These are special events for our member's children so come out an enjoy!

Membership is free!  Just fill in this application form, drop it off at any Co-op location and we'll send you your membership card.
